城市社区居民艾滋病知识态度行为的影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解某省城市社区居民当前对AIDS的知识、态度、行为(KAP)现况及相关影响因素,为探索切实有效的、可行的、可推广的社区健康促进模式提供参考。[方法]采用流行病学现况研究对该省城市社区居民艾滋病知识、态度、行为的影响因素及公众艾滋病防治需求进行调查。[结果]1333名被调查者中,艾滋病相关知识知晓及格率为35.7%,仅19.8%完全知晓艾滋病传播途径知识,其中非传播途径知识知晓率26.8%,远远低于传播途径知晓率66.5%(P=0);多数社区民众对艾滋病感染的风险意识较差;对待艾滋病的正确态度在不同文化程度、艾滋病知识知晓率、职业及艾滋病高中流行区之间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);艾滋病正确行为在不同年龄、文化程度、艾滋病知识知晓率及婚姻状况之间表现不同(P﹤0.05)。[结论]该省城市社区居民艾滋病相关知识知晓率较低,建议加强社区健康促进干预活动,建立切实有效的、可行的、可推广的社区艾滋病健康促进模式。[Objective] To study on the KAP about AIDS of community and its influence factors inYnnnan,so as to provide scientific basis for community health promotion mode. [Methods] The health promotion status of AIDS and the influencing factors of KAP on AIDS in Yunnan were investigated by epidemiologic prevalence survey. [Results] The awareness rates of knowledge and transmission routes of AIDS were 35.7% and 19.8%,respectively. The awareness rates of non-transmission routes（26.8%） were significant lower than that Of transmission routes （66.5%）： There was significant difference of the right attitude to AIDS among people with different education awareness rates of knowledge, professions and towns （P 〈 0.05）. The right behavior of AIDS among people with different ages, education, the awareness rates of knowledge and marital status showed significant different （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion ] The awareness rate of AIDS of community is low. It is suggestion that we should strengthen the health promotion activity for preventing HIV/AIDS in community, and establish practical, effective, and propagable health promotion model for preventing AIDS/HIV in communities.
