水蔓菁总黄酮对大鼠炎性前列腺组织形态和超微结构的影响  被引量:5

摘  要:[目的]观察水蔓菁总黄酮对大鼠前列腺炎模型前列腺组织形态及超微结构的影响。[方法]60只大鼠随机分为:空白对照组,模型组,前列康组,大、中、小剂量水蔓菁总黄酮组。建立大鼠前列腺炎模型。大、中、小剂量水蔓菁总黄酮组分别灌服大(120mg/kg)、中(60mg/kg)、小(30mg/kg)剂量的水蔓菁总黄酮混悬液进行治疗,空白对照组和模型组均灌服同体积的生理盐水(1ml/100g),前列康对照组灌服前列康混悬液(1000mg/kg),每日1次,连续给药22d后,观察各组大鼠前列腺组织形态和电镜超微结构的变化。[结果]与空白对照组相比,模型组大鼠前列腺比膜面(Sm)显著降低(P﹤0.01)。与模型组相比,大、中、小剂量水蔓菁总黄酮组大鼠Sm均显著增加(P﹤0.01)。水蔓菁总黄酮能使前列腺炎模型大鼠的前列腺组织形态和超微结构的病理变化得到显著的改善。[结论]水蔓菁总黄酮组可显著改善前列腺组织形态学病理变化,且有明显的量效关系。[Objective] To observe the effect of bastard speedwell total flavonoids decotion on treating the rat's Prostatitis model's Prostate histomorphology and ultrastructural. [Methods] 60 rats were randomly divided into six groups:normal group,model group,the Qian Lie Kang group,the high,middle and low dosage bastard speedwell total flavonoids groups. The rats Prostatitis models were established. the rats in Qian Lie Kang group were irrigated Qian Lie Kang suspension(1.5g /kg) ,the rats in the high,middle and low dosage of bastard speedwell total flavonoids groups were irrigated bastard speedwell total flavonoids suspension(180mg /kg,90mg /kg and 45mg /kg respectively) ,and rats in the normal group and the model group were filled normal saline into the stomachs. Drug was irrigated once a day. After giving drug for 22 days,the histomorphology and ultrastructural changes of prostate in rats were observed change by electron microscope. [Results] Compared with normal group,prostate Sm of model group significantly degraded(P﹤0.01) . Compared with model group,Prostatitis model's Sm significantly increased(P﹤0.01) in the high,middle and low dosage of bastard speedwell total flavonoids groups. The pathological changes of Prostate histomorphology and Ultrastructural in the rat Model of Prostatitis can be significantly improved by Bastard speedwell total flavonoids. [Conclusion] Bastard speedwell total flavonoids can significantly improve the prostate tissue change,which have apparent dose-effect relationship.
