高安市2006～2007年肾综合症出血热监测结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]探索江西省高安市肾综合症出血热(HFRS)流行特征,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。[方法]采用描述流行病学、现场调查、免疫学检测方法。[结果]2006～2007年江西省高安市HFRS年均发病率为9.55/10万,发病呈冬、春双峰型;免疫学监测结果:临床病人和疑似病人IgM抗体检测平均诊断符合率为77.97%,健康人群隐性感染率13.41%。鼠间疫情监测结果:总的鼠密度为3.63%,室外黄毛鼠为优势的鼠种,室内褐家鼠为优势鼠种。鼠血肾综合症出血热总抗体阳性率为25.00%,褐家鼠鼠血肾综合症出血热总抗体阳性率显著高于黄毛鼠(P﹤0.005)。[结论]2006～2007年高安市为以家鼠型为主的混合型肾综合症出血热疫区,应加强监测和采取灭鼠及预防接种等预防措施。[Objective] To explore the epidemic characteristic of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome（HFRS） in Gaoan city,Jiangxi province,and provide the science evidence for the prevention and control of HFRS. [Methods] Description epidemiology,on-site investigation and immunological detection had been adopted. [Results] The annual average incidence rate in Gaoan city from 2006 to 2007 was 9.55 /100 000. There were two incidence peak in spring and winter respective every year. There were77.97%diagnose accordance rate between Clinical patients and suspected patients and positive IgM antibody. The silent infection rate of general group was 13.41%. The average density of rats was 3.63%. The main indoor specie of rats was Rattus norvegicus,while outdoor’ s was Rattus losea.T he total HFRS antibody of rats blood was 25.23%. The total HFRS antibody of Rattus norvegicus was obviously greater than that of Rattus losea（P﹤0.005） . [Conclusion] Gaoan city was mixed pattern HFRS epidemic area which soul type was dominical. We should strengthen surveillance and take precautionary measures like deratization and vaccination.
