对社区服务站使用中消毒液的监测

摘　　要：[目的]了解社区服务站消毒液使用情况及使用中消毒液污染细菌和真菌的现状。[方法]对社区服务站使用中消毒液检测结果进行分析。[结果]社区服务站使用中戊二醛合格率较低(90.8%),各使用中消毒液微生物污染较普遍,合格率为96.4%,不同的医疗机构之间消毒液的,合格率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。消毒液中污染革兰染色差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[讨论]该社区使用的消毒液仍需加强管理,对配制消毒液的浓度要严格,不要造成微生物污染。[Objective] To investigate the current situation disinfectant utilization among community service stations and the current condition of bacteria and fungi contaminated by disinfectant. [Methods] The disinfectant in used among the community service stations was detected and analyzed. [Results] Among the disinfectant in used among the community service stations,the qualification rate of Glutaraldehyde showed to be low（90.8%） . The microbial contamination among disinfectant in used showed to be common with the qualified rate of 96.4%. It was obvious that there was significant difference of qualification rate of disinfectant in used among different medical organizations（P﹤0.05） . There was no significant difference among the pollution gram stain in the disinfectant in used（P﹥0.05） . [Conclusion] The management of disinfectant in used among communities should still be strengthened,and concentration of the disinfectant should be strictly made up to avoid microbial contamination.
