摘　　要：[目的]探讨传染病医院应对突发疫情的院前急救能力及院感管理措施。[方法]在应对我国内地首例甲型H1N1流感突发疫情过程中,科学合理地调配人力,做好应急设备、急救药品的储备﹑认真执行人员的防护及各种物品的消毒处理。[结果]成功进行了现场救治、快速隔离、转运确诊或疑似传染病患者的工作,保障了公众健康和生命安全。[结论]应对突发疫情有效管理措施的落实,不仅能保证完成突发事件应急工作任务,而且防止了疫情在转运途中的扩散,保证了医护人员的救治安全和护理质量。[Objective] To investigate the capability of first-aid and administrative measures of the contagious hospital against the emergent epidemic situations. [Methods] In the process of handling the epidemic situation of the first case ofinfluenza A virus subtype H1N1 in China,we performed scientific and reasonable allocation of the human resources,sufficient reservation for emergency equipments and first-aid medicine,and conscientious execution of the protection for staffs and sterilization for all sorts of articles. [Results] We performed successful on-site treatment,rapid isolation and transfer of confirmed or suspicious infectious patient,and indemnification for the health and safety of the public. [Conclusion] The implementation of effective administrative measures against the emergent epidemic situation could not only assure the completion of dealing with the emergency,but also prevent the propagation of the epidemic situation during the transfer. Furthermore,the safety of the medical personnel during the treatment and the quality of nursing can be assured.
