某医院2004～2008年住院患者医院感染现况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解医院感染现况,为有效预防和控制医院感染提供科学依据。[方法]对我院近5年74919例住院患者监测数据进行分析。[结果]2004年1月～2008年12月74919例住院患者发生医院感染855例,感染率1.14%;医院感染877例次,感染例次率1.17%。感染部位以下呼吸道感染最高,感染率45.7%。感染科室分布以综合性ICU感染率最高,为9.69%。病原学送检率为38.8%;医院感染病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,主要病原菌为大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色假丝酵母菌等。[结论]近5年我院住院患者,发生医院感染率较低,符合国家卫生部二甲医院标准要求。医院感染率最高的部位是下呼吸道,最高的科室是ICU;医院感染病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,病原学送检率较低。[Objective] To understand the current status of hospital infection in our hospital,so as to provide scientific evidence for effective prevention and control of hospital infection. [Methods] In recent 5 years,74919 inpatients were analyzed by monitoring data. [Results] Among 74919 cases of inpatients,855 cases had hospital infection from January 2004 to December 2008. The infection rate was 1.14%;A total of 877 times of hospital infection with the time rate of 1.17%;The main infection section was lower respiratory tract infection with the infection rate of 45.7%;The infection section concentrated in comprehensive ICU department,with the rate of 9.69%;Te submitted rate of etiology inspection was 38.8%;The hospital infection mainly caused by gram-negative bacteria,the main pathogens were Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Acinetobacter baumannii,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans etc. [Conclusion] In recent 5 years,the rate of inpatients with hospital infection showed to be low in our hospital,which is in line with the standards of national Ministry of Health for hospital of class A level 2. The highest rate of hospital infection was lower respiratory tract infection and happened in ICU department. The hospital infection mainly caused by gram-negative bacteria,and the submitted rate showed to be low.
