大肠水疗用于电子结肠镜检查及治疗前肠道准备的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]通过对比大肠水疗以及口服泻剂两种不同肠道准备方法用于电子结肠镜检查与治疗前的肠道准备情况,探讨、评价大肠水疗作为其肠道准备的可行性与先进性。[方法]将915例将行肠镜检查或治疗、需要进行肠道准备的患者分为两组,观察组190例,以大肠水疗行肠道准备;对照组725例,以口服泻剂行肠道准备。根据镜检所见记录、评价肠道清洁程度,所有记录均为盲法记录。[结果]大肠水疗用于电子结肠镜检查与治疗前肠道准备清洁度达92.1%,在清洁度、患者舒适度上优于对照组。[结论]大肠水疗是电子结肠镜检查与治疗前肠道准备的有效方法。[Objective] To evaluate and explore the feasibility and advancement of colorectal hydrotherapy in electronic colonoscopy and bowel preparation,compared with oral laxatives. [Methods] 915 patients undergoing electronic colonoscopy and bowel preparation were randomized into two groups：colorectal hydrotherapy group,190 patients,and oral laxatives group,725 patients. The clear rates were evaluated under colonoscopy. All records used blind method. [Results] The effect of colorectal hydrotherapy group（the clear rate reaching 92.1%） was better than oral laxatives group. It was also better in cleanness degree and patients’ feeling. [Conclusion] Colorectal hydrotherapy is an effective method for electronic colonoscopy and bowel preparation.
