摘  要:以水稻品种特籼占13为材料,在晚造幼穗分化Ⅰ期至幼穗分化Ⅲ期进行紫外光B辐射处理,研究了紫外光B对水稻叶片过氧化物酶、吲哚乙酸氧化酶、多酚氧化酶的活性及水稻结实情况的影响。结果表明:水稻辐射处理第4 d时叶片的吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性没有明显变化,辐射处理第11 d时吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性变化与每天处理时间的长短有关,每天处理时间越长吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性增加越明显;过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶则不表现出与紫外光B辐射处理相关的变化;此外,经紫外光B辐射处理的水稻每穗粒数没有明显变化,但结实率受到一定影响,每天处理的时间越长水稻的结实率下降越明显。UV B was treated on autumn rice Texianzhan 13 planted in the field from ear differentiation stage Ⅰ to stage Ⅲ. Several enzyme activities in rice leaves were detected.The results showed that IAA oxidase activity in leaves was not obviously changed at 4th day after UV B treatment, but increased at 11~ day. The increase of IAA oxidase activity had relation to UV B treatment hours per day. Peroxidase and Poliphenol oxidase were not affected by UV B treatment.The grains per panicle and the seed setting percentage were investigated. The grains per panicle was not changed by UV B treatment. The seed setting percentage was decreased by UV B treatment. The decrease of seed setting percentage also had relation to UV B treatment hours per day.
