氟苯尼考悬浮乳剂对小鼠的急性毒性试验

摘　　要：采用改良寇氏法测定氟苯尼考悬浮乳剂对小鼠的LD50,通过腹腔注射法对小鼠给药,连续观察7 d,结果表明,氟苯尼考悬浮乳剂的LD50为3 346.57 mg/kg,95%可信限范围为2 855.01～3 922.76 mg/kg,符合低毒标准,该药临床应用安全。In order to observe the actue toxicity of florfenicol suspoemulsions, modified Korbor＇s method was used to study the LD50 in mice. The mice were given florfenicol suspoemulsions by intraperitoneal injection, and observed for 7 days continuously. The results showed that the LD50 of florfenieol suspoemulsions was 3 346.57 mg/kg, and 95% confidence limit was 2 855.01-3 922.76 mg/kg. The results confirmed that florfenicol suspoemulsions belonged to hypotoxicity and it was safe to clinical application.
