复方丹参注射液卡托普利治疗肺心病心衰疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察肺心病心衰患者应用复方丹参注射液联和卡托普利用药的疗效。方法:根据患者病史体检与辅助检查,结合NYHA心功分级,对2005年2月～2007年2月在我院住院的慢性肺心病伴有心衰患者59例,随机分成治疗组31例和对照组28例,两组均常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上使用复方丹参注射液和卡托普利治疗21天。结果:治疗组显效20例占64.5%,总有效率90.3%,对照组总有效率64.3%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:肺心病心衰患者在常规治疗基础上加用复方丹参注射液和卡托普利疗效更好。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Compound Salvia Injection combined with captopril for heart failure caused by pulmonary heart disease （PHD）.Methods： According to the patients history, physical examination, auxihary examination and NYHA heart function ranking, 59 chronic cardiopulmonary disease patients with heart failure, which were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2005 to February 2007, were divided into two groups：31 were therapy group and 28 were control group.All of them were given conventional therapy, furthermore the therapy group was treated with Compound Salvia Injection combined with captopril for 21. Results：In the therapy group, the obviously effective rate was 64.5% and the total effective rate was 90.3 （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： For the PHD ~~ith heart failure cases, the treatment with Compound Salvia Injection combined with captopril is better than the simply conventional therapy.
