摘 要:研究的电磁阻尼器相当于一台内部短路的杯形电枢发电机,具有特殊的转子空心杯结构。为研究电磁阻尼器的端部轴向变化对力矩特性的影响,基于MagNet电磁场分析软件进行三维模型的仿真。首先,通过静态气隙磁场的磁密分析,简化三维动态仿真模型;其次,通过三维仿真结果与实验测试数据的对比分析,可知选择合适的转子杯底厚度,可增强阻尼器的阻尼力矩,改善力矩特性曲线。The torque-speed characteristic of an electromagnetic damper affects the energy absorption and dissipation. The electromagnetic damper studied in this paper belongs to a special kind of coreless generator, which has a drag cup rotor structure. Three dimensional models were built based on MagNet of Infolytic Corporation. First, according to the simulation results of the air gap flux densities analyzed by means of sampling in static field, the prototype model was simplified for no reason for the department of simulation model. Secondly,the contrast of model simulation results with experimental test data shows that the right thickness choice of the drag cup rotor bottom, can enhance the damping torque as well as improve the torque curve.
