摘　　要：在过去的30年里,世界经济将大部分注意力集中到了加速国民收入增长率的方式上,而中国经济体制改革的成功受到了国内外学者的普遍关注。那么,制度的演进对一国的经济到底有何影响呢?新制度经济学认为,经济发展来源于人们通过分工和交易的形式实现的合作,而人们之间实现合作需要适宜的制度安排。North(1994)就曾指出制度在社会中起着更为根本性的作用,它们是决定长期经济绩效的基本因素,如果要建立一个关于(生产)变迁的动态理论,就必须将制度因素纳入模型之中。In the past 30 years, most of the world economy focus on ways to accelerate the growth of national income, but the success of China＇s economic reform has been the general concern of scholars home and abroad. In that case, the evolution of the system of a country＇s economy in the end what is affected？ That the new institutional economics, economic development from the people through the form of division of labor and trade cooperation to achieve, and cooperation between people of the need for appropriate institutional arrangements. North （1994） had pointed out that the system plays in society, a more fundamental role, which is to determine the lo ng-term economic performance of the basic factors that, if the establishment of a （production） changes in the dynamic theory of institutional factors must be incorporated into the model being.
