含羟基中环二胺及其衍生物NMR研究

摘　　要：利用二维核磁共振技术对一类新的含羟基中环二胺及其衍生物在水溶液中的构型和构象进行了较为详尽的研究．发现这些化合物的环都是椅式构象，羟基处在ｅ键上，在一定温度范围内，环具有刚性．D NMR techniques were used to investigate the stereo configuration and conformation of the hydroxyl mesocyclic diamines and their derivatives in aqueous solution. It was found that the rings of these compound are all chair configuration, the hydroxyl groups are situated in the e bond, and the rings are rigid within certain temperature range.
