摘 要:对以PP/EVA为基材的膨胀型无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆材料的制备工艺及配方进行了探讨,并对其进行了性能表征,找出了合适的阻燃配方及工艺。氧指数测试结果表明,经过阻燃后氧指数已提高到29.3以上;水平垂直燃烧结果表明,燃烧等级已达到UL 94V-0级;力学性能测试表明,拉伸强度为15.26 M Pa,断裂伸长率为641.8%;TG测试表明,700℃时,残炭量为18.0%左右;锥形量热仪分析表明,点火时间达到29 s,最大热释放速率降到393 kW/m2。The preparation of halogen-free intumescent flame retardant PP/EVA cable compound was studied, the characters were represented, and the appropriate compound together with craftwork was put forward. The result indicated that the combustion performance, mechanical properties and thermal stability of the intumescent fire-retardant compound is improved. In this case the oxygen index was above 29.3, the burning rating was UL94V--0, the tensile strength was 15.26 MPa, the elongation at break was 641.8%, the char yield was 18. 0% at 700 ℃,the TTI was 29 s, and the pkHRR was reduced to 393 kW/m2.
