摘　　要：通过研究总结,认为防火案件存在以下特征:存在放火动机、存在多个起火点、起火点位置奇特、有破坏痕迹、有放火遗留物、火灾有多发性、火灾蔓延痕迹不明显、犯罪嫌疑人体表有高温灼伤痕迹等。探讨了存在助燃剂的放火现场形成的冲击波、低位燃烧、液体流淌、结炭、玻璃破裂、瓷砖和水泥地面炸裂、木材炭化等痕迹。总结归纳了放火案件调查认定的方法:有关物证的分析与推断、现场与实验室实验、排除其他火灾原因等。By analyzing the arson cases, the characteristics were summarized as follow., the existing of arson motivation, not single fire sources, the peculiarity of ignition points, the existing of compulsory entrances traces and arson remnant, frequent fires occurrence, the inconspicuous traces of fire spread, and the heat injuries on arson suspects＇ bodies, et al. Traces on shock waves, low combustion, liquid flows, carbonization, explode of the glasses, ceramic tiles and cement ground, and the wood carbonization caused by combustion improvers in fire-raising scenes were discussed. Methods on investigation and cognizance were concluded： analyzing and deducing of the material evidence, spot and lab experiment, the excluding of the other causes, et al.
