摘　　要：简述了氯化钾体系中镀锌-铁合金工艺的各种添加剂,确定了氯化钾镀锌-铁合金的电镀工艺范围和操作条件,并进行了分散能力、深镀能力、电流效率、阴极极化曲线、沉积速度、镀层脆性、结合力及耐蚀性等镀液镀层的性能测试。A variety of additives for zinc-iron alloy electroplating process in potassium chloride system was introduced, the process range and operating conditions related to the potassium chloride zinc-iron alloy plating were determined. Some performances of the coating and bath, such as throwing power, covering power, current efficiency, cathodic polarization curve, deposition rate, coating brittleness, adhesion and corrosion resistance, etc. , were tested.
