中药益肾宁对腹膜透析患者残余肾功能保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药益肾宁对尿毒症腹膜透析患者残余肾功能(RRF)的保护作用。方法将56例腹膜透析患者随机分为2组,均进行腹膜透析,治疗组同时给予中药"益肾宁"口服,定期测定透析相关指标,观察中药益肾宁对于RRF的保护作用。结果治疗后3个月,2组患者血清肌酐清除率(Ccr)、RRF、24 h尿量均下降,2组间无显著性差异;治疗后6个月,对照组患者Ccr、RRF、24 h尿量较治疗组下降明显,有显著性差异(P<均0.05);对照组的透析剂量显著高于治疗组。结论中药益肾宁可以有效保护腹膜透析患者RRF。Objective It is to explore the protective function of Yishenning on residual renal function （RRF） in uremia patients treated with peritoneal dialysis. Methods 56 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Both the groups were treated with peritoneal dialysis. At the same time the treatment group was given Yishenning by oral administration. The dialysis-related indexes were measured regularly to observe protective effect of Yishenning on RRF. Results After 3 months＇ treatment, Ccr, RRF, 24 hours urine output in both groups decreased, but compared with each other, there was no significant difference between the two groups. After treatment for 6 months, Ccr, RRF, 24 hours urine in control group decreased more obviously than that in treatment group, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Dialysis dose in control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group. Conclusion Yishenning can effectively protect the RRF of patients treated with peritoneal dialysis.
