穴位注射弥可保治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位注射弥可保治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将98例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为2组:治疗组于足三里穴注射弥可保500μg/次,每日1次,左右两穴交替,疗程2周。对照组肌肉注射弥可保500μg/次,每周3次,疗程2周。结果治疗组总有效率91%,对照组总有效率69%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论弥可保穴位注射治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。Objective It is to observe clinical effect of treatment with Mecobalamin injected on points for type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 98 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes complicating with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group was given Mecobalamin 500 btg once time by injection on Zusanli point and 1 time per day. The injected left and right points were in turn during treatment. The control group was given Mecobalamin 500μg/time by intramuscular injection 3 times a week. Both the treatment courses were two weeks. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 91% and that was 69% in control group. The curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group. Conclusion The curative effect of mecobalamin injected on points on type 2 diabetes peripheraI neuropathy is signifieant.
