恩替卡韦联合复方丹参滴丸对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察恩替卡韦联合复方丹参滴丸对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化指标的影响。方法将140例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为3组:对照组给予普通护肝药物如护肝片以及对症治疗,疗程6个月。恩替卡韦组还予恩替卡韦0.5 mg/d口服,连续服用至少1 a。联合组除用恩替卡韦组治疗方法外,还予复方丹参滴丸口服,每日3次,疗程6个月。结果治疗后联合组肝纤维化指标改善情况与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P均<0.01)。结论恩替卡韦联合复方丹参滴丸可明显改善慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化指标。Objective It is to observe the effect of Enteeavir combined with Compound recipe of Danshen drop pills on liver fibrosis indexes in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 140 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into 3 groups. The control group was treated with normal protecting liver drugs such as protect liver tablets and symptomatic drugs. The treatment course was 6 months. Entecavir group was treated with Entecavir 0.5 mg/d by oral ad- ministration for one year at least on the basis of treatment above. Combined group was added with Compound recipe of Danshen drop pills 3 times a day by oral use except Entecavir. The treatment course was 6 months. Results Compared with that in control group, the difference in the improvement of liver fibrosis indexes in con）bined group was significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Entecavir combined with Compound recipe of Danshen drop pills can obviously improve the liver fibrosis indexes in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
