高压氧治疗在神经外科疾病中的应用

摘　　要：神经外科很多疾病致死率和致残率都很高,有些疾病通过手术治疗效果缓解不明显,甚至出现新的症状。仅仅依靠手术治疗神经外科疾病已远远不能满足临床需要,神经外科医生应该掌握以手术为主的综合治疗手段。本文介绍了高压氧在几类常见神经外科疾病中的应用和最新进展,早期高压氧治疗可以明显提高颅脑损伤、脑出血、脑肿瘤、脑血管病的治疗效果,改善患者的生存质量。The mortality and disability rates are still very high in many neurosurgical diseases. The efficacy of surgical treatment is limited in some diseases, and even leads to new symptoms sometimes. Surgical treatment alone is often far from enough to meet the clinical needs. Neurosurgeons should be familiar with the comprehensive treatment ,in which operation plays an important role. The applications and latest development of hyperbaric oxygenation in several common neurosurgical diseases are introduced in this paper. Early hyperbaric oxygen therapy can markedly improve the treatment effects and the living quality of brain injury, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumors and cerebrovascular diseases.
