中国海洋渔业可实现风险分散方式探究

摘　　要：通过对国际上各种海洋渔业风险分散方式的分析,结合中国的政策、国情与实践,提出由多种海洋渔业风险分散方式共同构建中国全方位、全过程、多元、规范的社会化混合性海洋渔业风险分散机制的建议。The characteristics of several kinds of marine fishery risk diversification in the world were analyzed, the policies, history and practices of the marine fishery risk diversification in China were reviewed, suggestion to develop efficiently multidirectional, diversified and normalized marine fishery risk diversification system in China based on the socialized and hybrid marine fishery risk diversification mechanism was given.
