泰和鸡黑色素的发生初探

摘　　要：对泰和鸡胚胎及其组织切片、匀浆涂片进行了观察。发现当胚胎发育到5～6d时，黑色素首先在鸡胚荐部皮肤发生，然后以该部位为中心，向前后左右扩展。黑色素首先发生于皮肤组织和骨膜肌膜，然后发生于肌间结缔组织，最后在肌纤维中出现。Observation had been done on Taihe Silkie chicken (TH) embryos and their histological section and smear. The result showed that primary metanin granules were germinated in the 5～6th day's TH embryo. The genesis center is at the skin of saddle part, then spreading to the surroundings sequentially. The histological order of the melanin genesis is:skin,bone, muscle membrane, connictive tissue and muscle fabric cells.
