摘  要:[目的]探讨糖尿病健康教育流程在临床的实施效果。[方法]将168例首次确诊的2型糖尿病病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组84例,对照组采取常规健康教育模式,观察组采用糖尿病健康教育流程实施健康教育。评价两组病人健康教育后各项能力,比较两组病人健康教育后空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖的变化。[结果]观察组病人的血糖监测技术、糖尿病基本知识、行为方式改变、心理调节能力、自我管理能力均优于对照组;观察组病人健康教育后空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖均较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。[结论]糖尿病健康教育流程的建立规范了健康教育的步骤与内容,增强了病人对疾病的防治与管理能力,提高了健康教育效果。Objective:To probe into the effect of implementation of health education flowsheet for diabetes patients in clinic. Method:A total of 168 firstly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were randomly divided into test and control group, 84 cases each. Patients of control group were carried out health education as in routine. Patients of test group were given health education based on health education flowsheet for diabetes patients. Then abilities, fasting blood sugar,and blood sugar changes of 2h after meal of all patients after health education were evaluated and compared. Results: In terms of blood sugar monitoring skill, basic knowledge about diabetes, behavioral mode changes, psychological adjusting ability, and self - management ability, patients of test group were better than that of control group. Both fasting blood sugar and blood sugar of 2h after meal of test group cases were remarkably lower than that of control group after health education (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The setup of the flowsheet for health education of diabetes patients has standardized procedures and contents of health education. It could strengthen the ability of prevention, treatment and management of patients toward their illness. It can also enhance the effect of health education of diabetes patients.
