摘 要:实验通过对叶片中内源激素含量的分析发现:在花粉发育过程中,核质互作雄性不育(CMS)和化学杂交剂(CHA)诱导的雄性不育与其相应的可育材料相比,叶片中各种内源激素的水平分别在不同时期发生了明显的变化,主要表现为吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素类(GA4)含量的降低,脱落酸(ABA)含量的增加。这种变化与小麦基因型、CHA种类及其浓度有关。在不同发育时期,不育系、恢复系及其杂种F1叶片中各种激素含量都有明显差别。The content of endogenous hormones in leaves of male sterile lines K78-1 with Ae.kotschyi cytoplasm, T0002 with T. timopheevi cytoplasm CHA induced male sterility of line K78-1B and T0002B were compared with their respective fertile countparter K78-1B and T0002B. The results indicated that the contents of all kinds of endogenous hormones in the leaves changes greatly at different devolping stageof the spike. The change was related with the genotype of wheat,the kind of CHA and its spraying rate.generally the content of IAA and GA4 were lower in male sterile than that in male fertile, but that of ABA was higher in male sterile than that in male fertile. In restoration line and hybrid F1 , the content of all kinds of hormones in the leaves were different with that of male sterile line.
