太冲穴注射川芎嗪对高血压降压作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸治疗原发性高血压(EH)的临床疗法。方法随机将中医辨证为肝阳上亢的40例EH患者分为治疗组20例,对照组20例。治疗组运用太冲穴注射川芎嗪10mg/次,对照组臀部肌内注射川芎嗪40mg/次。结果治疗组在改善某些症状方面及总的临床疗效均相当于对照组;在降低血压以及改善EH患者血液高凝状态等方面,明显优于对照组。结论太冲穴注射川芎嗪是一种治疗EH疗效确切的方法。[ Objective] To investigate the clinical acupuncture therapy to essential hypertension（EH）. [ Methods] 40 hypertension patients of liver - Yang hyperactivity were randomly divided into treatment group （ 20 cases ）and control group [ 20 cases ）. Treatment group received Taichong Acupoint injection with ligustrazine at the dose of 10 mg per time, control group received intramuscular injection with ligustrazine at the dose of 40 mg per time. [ Results] The effects of 2 groups were similar in terms of certain symptoms improvement and total clinical efficacy. The clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group in terms of decreasing blood pressure and blood hypercoagulability of EH patients. [ Conclusion] Taichong Acupoint injection with ligustrazine is an exact method for EH treatment.
