摘 要:对14个自交系及其组合的12个杂交种的花丝吐丝动态、数目差别、遗传相关性及花丝数与穗粒数的关系进行了研究。结果表明:杂交种与自交系花丝吐丝动态相似,但杂交种更集中,杂交种平均花丝数明显多于自交系且花丝数目变异幅度小,杂交种花丝数目与其低亲值相关性较高,且有明显的超亲优势;杂交种和自交系花丝数与穗粒数均呈较高正相关,而杂交种结实率明显高于自交系。The number of filament of the 14 inbred lines and 12 hybrids crossed from them were tested, the relationships between hybrids and their parents, filaments and grains were studied. The results were that there were similar dynamic of changes of filament sprouting in hybrid and inbred line. The average numbers of hybrid filaments were much more than the inbred line, and a small variation. There was a big relationship between the number of hybrid filaments and the lower value parent. There was a significant correlation between the grains set and the number of filaments of hybrid and inbred line in the same year. At the same time, the seed-setting rate of hybrid was significantly higher than inbred lines.
