摘  要:利用HandyPEA植物效率仪测定叶绿素a荧光参数,研究玉米自交系叶片水分利用效率(WUE)与叶绿素a荧光参数的关系。结果表明,玉米自交系叶片WUE与叶绿素a荧光参数呈极显著的正相关。其中,Fo与高水分利用效率(HWUE)玉米自交系WUE的相关系数大于低水分利用效率(LWUE)玉米自交系WUE的相关系数;最大荧光(Fm)、可变荧光(Fv)、PSⅡ原初光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)和PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)与水分利用效率不同的玉米自交系叶片WUE的相关系数恰好相反,这是造成不同玉米自交系WUE存在差异的生理原因之一,同时也说明叶绿素a荧光参数可以作为选育HWUE玉米自交系的重要指标。By applying analyzer of Handy PEA plant efficiency measured the kinetic parameter of fluorescence in Chlorophyll a, studied the relations of the maize inbred lines leaves WUE with it. The results indicated that the relevant of them was significant positive correlation. The correlation coefficient of the Fo with the high water use efficiency(HWUE) of the maize inbred lines leaves WUE exceeded the correlation coefficient of it with low water use efficiency(LWUE) of the maize inbred lines leaves WUE. But the the WUE of the different WUE maize inbred lines leaves correlation coefficient between Fm, Fv, Fv/Fm and F1/F0 with were just the opposite with F0. These were the underlying physiological reasons that the WUE of differences maize inbred lines were differences. At the same time, evidencing the kinetic parameter of fluorescence in Chlorophyll a was the important probe as breeding the HWUE of the maize inbred lines.
