摘 要:在华北地区一年两熟雨养农作区,研究了垄作覆盖、垄作、平作覆盖、平作4种处理对夏玉米生育后期叶片衰老的生理效应。结果表明,夏玉米吐丝后,超氧化物酶(SOD)活性逐渐降低,丙二酫(MDA)含量渐渐升高,叶绿素含量在吐丝后10d开始下降。垄作覆盖的SOD酶活性、叶绿素含量最高,MDA的含量最低。垄作覆盖能够延缓叶片的衰老,维持叶片后期较高的生理功能。垄作覆盖处理比垄作、平作覆盖、平作处理分别增产10.26%、4.24%、13.34%。In rain-fed regions of two crops a year in northern China, the experiment was carried out to study the effects of bed-planting and mulching system, bed-planting system, flatting culture practice and and flatting culture oractice with mulching on physiology in leaf senescence of maize at later growth stage. The results indicated that as growth stage progress the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) reduced, and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) increased. The content of chlorophyll began to decline from ten days after silking stage. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of the chlorophyll was the highest under the ridge culture and mulch cultivation method, while the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) was the lowest. The treatment of bed-planting with mulching system also delayed leaves aging and maintained relatively high physiological function. The yield in bed-planting mulching system increased by 10.26%, 4.24% and 13.34%, respectively, as compared with sowing on ridges system, flatting culture and mulching, flatting culture.
