稀硝酸消化植物中矿质元素的方法研究

摘　　要：用（１＋１）硝酸消化植物样品，用ＩＣＰ—ＡＥＳ和ＦＡＡＳ—ＦＥＳ测定锌、磷、硼、锰、铁、镁、钙、铜、钾９种元素，无论样品中元素含量高低，其结果与标准值相一致。该方法较常规法简易、准确、适用。This research introduces mineral elements of K, Ca,Mg,P,Cu,Fe,Zn,Mn,and B in plant which were digested with HNO 3(1+1).The digestion solution were analysed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscoply(ICP-AES) and flame atomic absorption spectroscoply-flame emission spectroscoply(FAAS-FES).The contents of these elements,either high or low,are identical with certified values.This method is simple,accurate and applicable.
