摘 要:膜分离汽油脱硫技术在炼油和膜分离领域均是崭新的技术,利用实验室渗透汽化膜脱硫放大装置对FCC汽油膜分离深度脱硫技术进行了系统研究,探讨了操作条件包括进料温度、操作压力以及进料流量对膜分离性能的影响,并采用气相色谱法对膜分离得到的高硫汽油、低硫汽油产品进行了族组成和辛烷值分析。结果表明,经过膜分离脱硫处理,FCC汽油硫质量分数从750μg/g降至70μg/g左右,低硫汽油产品的收率保持在70%以上;相对于原料FCC汽油的辛烷值,低硫汽油的辛烷值稍有增加,高硫汽油的辛烷值稍有降低,变化不大。The technology of gasoline desulfurization by pervaporation oil refining and membrane separation fields. The hydrocarbon group composition and octane value of the gasoline products with low sulfur content obtained from membrane separation were analyzed by gas chromatography (GC). The experimental results showed that the sulfur mass fraction of FCC gasoline was reduced from 750 μg/g to 70 μg/g after about 20 h of continuous membrane separation and the yield of low sulfur gasoline product (Retained product) was above 70%. The octane number of retained product was a little higher than that of feed, while the octane number of permeated product was a little lower than that of feed, as a whole, there was no difference in octane numbers of feed, retained and permeated products.
