摘 要:以渣油萃取富芳香馏分为单体,苯甲醛为交联剂,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,合成软化点为110℃、残炭率约为60%的B阶多核芳烃混合树脂(b-COPNA)。该树脂分别包覆纳米SiO2、CaCO3和蒙脱土,制备渣油"核-壳"复合颗粒,该复合颗粒耐140℃热老化,并具有更高增强性能,以其作为分散相,与聚乙烯熔融共混制备复合材料,其力学断裂伸长率和弯曲强度均有提高。电镜分析表明,"核-壳"复合颗粒较均匀分散于聚乙烯基体形成新颖的空洞化形态。The residua oil was extracted. The obtained aromatic fractionation as reactive monomer was used to poly-condensation reaction under the benzaldehyde as cross-linking agent and paratoluenesulfonic acid as catalyst. The blending condensed poly nuclear aromatic resins (b-COPNA) of B stage pitch were obtained with the resins soft point of 110℃ and residual carbon of 60% or so. These resins were used to encapsulate the nanoparticles of SiO2, CaCO3 and montmorillonite (MMT) respectively to form core-shell structured composite particles. Its thermal stability was up to 140℃ and its performance was enhanced. As dispersion phase, the core-shell composite particles were mixed with polyethylene polymer resins forming the composite materials through melt-blending technique. Results showed that these polyethylene composite materials have higher elongation at break and bending strength than those of pure polyethylene. The TEM morphology showed that in polyethylene matrix, the particles were well dispersed and formed cavity morphology.
