摘 要:为了克服传统尾矿库选址方法的局限性,针对尾矿库选址过程中诸多因素与地理空间信息有关,部分决策指标又为不确定的模糊量的特点,研究了运用地理信息系统(GIS)获取若干待选坝址的样本集的可行性,并结合模糊综合优选理论,从定性到定量排序确定各选址决策指标和样本数据的优越度,实现了尾矿坝址方案的空间模糊优选。工程实例表明,该方法提高了尾矿库选址的综合决策量化水平和可视化程度。During the tailings dam locating processing, there are many relevant factors which need to be considered, and most of them are fuzzy variables and related with geographical and spatial information. Facing the complexity of the tailings dam site selecting, an integrated spatial visualization fuzzy site selection model is proposed based on the GIS and fuzzy optimization method. On the one hand, this model was conceived to be used in getting and storing all the data related to the tailings dam locating, as well as analyzing and combining these data to simulate the behavior of the dam and to get feasible tailings dam locations. On the other hand, the fuzzy optimization selection theory is introduced to overcome the subjective experience judgment problem effectively and make the judgment more scientific. According to the engineering practice, the result shows that this method could improve the comprehensive decision- making qualification level and visual display in tailings dam locating.
