兼顾城际轨道交通的厦深铁路惠深段运营管理模式研究

摘　　要：通过调研我国合资铁路公司运营现状及发展趋势,针对厦深铁路惠深段兼顾城际轨道交通项目的特点,从投资方责权利划分的角度分析各运营管理方案的优缺点,并参照目前铁路合资公司清算办法,对各方案进行财务效益分析,提出了可实施性强的方案,供相关决策者参考。Through studying the operational status and the development of joint-venture railway companies in China, and according to the characteristics of Xiamen-Shenzhen railway and the inter-city section of Huizhou-Shenzhen, this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages in responsibilil：y. A reference to feasible plan operating the management plan from the view of investment and financial benefit analysis on the management plans was carried out, with idation method of the joint-venture railway companies, then, a quite was gotten.
