振动排痰治疗慢性支气管炎的效果观察与护理

摘　　要：[目的]观察振动排痰治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果。[方法]将80例慢性支气管炎病人随机分成两组,观察组40例进行排痰治疗,对照组40例采用常规治疗,对两组病人血氧饱和度改善情况、排痰效果、咳嗽缓解时间、睡眠改善时间、住院时间及住院费用进行比较,并采取相应的护理措施。[结果]观察组血氧饱和度改善情况、排痰效果、咳嗽缓解时间、睡眠改善时间、住院时间及住院费用与对照比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]振动排痰对治疗慢性支气管炎有较好的效果。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of vibration sputum discarding to treat chronic bronchitis patients. Methods. A total of 80 chronic bronchitis patients were randomly divided into observation and control group, 40 cases each. Vibration sputum discarding was adopted for observation group cases. Patients of control group accepted routine treatment. Indexes including blood oxygen saturation, sputum discarding effect,time of cough relief, time of sleep improvement, length of hospital stay and cost of hospitalization of the two group cases were compared. And correspond- ing nursing measures were taken for them. Results： here were statistical significant differences in terms of blood oxygen saturation, sputum discarding effect, time of cough relief, time of sleep improvement, length of stay and cost of hospitalization between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Vibration sputum discarding has better effect for chronic bronchitis patients.
