摘 要:为克服传统免疫隔离膜吸水膨胀、机械强度差等缺点,以钛酸丁脂为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法以多孔钛金属为基体,制备出TiO2/多孔Ti复合膜.为避免金属基体与膜材料由于热膨胀系数的不同而引起膜的破裂,采用填堵的方法成膜.通过复合膜的渗透分离实验研究其免疫隔离效果.实验结果显示,所制得的二氧化钛/多孔钛复合膜经过3次以上涂膜能有效地阻隔免疫球蛋白及免疫细胞,但小分子物质(如葡萄糖)能自由通过该膜,故该复合膜可以作为免疫隔离膜使用,并且具有良好的免疫隔离效果.A composite Ti02 membrane supported on porous Ti planar was prepared by sol - gel technique with tetrabutyl titanate in order to resolve the disadvantages of common immunoisolated membranes, such as low mechanical strangth swelling after exposure to body fluid and weak resistance to organic solvents. The caulking method was used to prepare TiO2/Ti composite membrane for preventing membrane cracking, which resulted from the different thermal expansion coefficients between the two kinds of materials. The immunoisolated effects of the composite membranes were examined by permeation experiment. The results showed that the TiO2/ porous Ti composite membranes, which were dip - coated more than three times, could he inhibited the passage of irnmunoglobulin and immune cells. At the same time, the small molecule substances (for example, glucose) were able to pass freely through the composite membrane by diffusion. These results indicated that the composite membranes could be applied to immunoisolation, and have a good immunoisolation effect.
