摘 要:以盐酸酸洗废液为主要原料,添加少量的铝酸钙粉,经氧化、酸溶、聚合、稳定过程,制备聚合氯化铁铝(PFAC)无机高分子复合混凝剂.利用Ferron逐时络合比色法、微电泳技术和超滤法研究磷酸钠稳定剂对PFAC形态分布、电动特性和相对分子质量分布的影响.结果表明:磷酸钠的引入,使PFAC中Fe()的某些水解形态发生了较大变化,单体Fe(a)减少,中间多核羟基络合物Fe(b)和高聚物Fe(c)均增加,而Fe()的各水解形态与磷酸根的络合作用又阻滞了大量高聚物Fe(c)的生成,使PFAC具有更好的稳定性;磷酸钠的引入,使PFAC的Zeta电位略有提高,PFAC的表观相对分子质量明显增大,表现为加磷酸钠的PFAC具有更优的混凝效能.A composite inorganic polymer coagulant, polyferric aluminum chloride (PFAC), was prepared with hydrochloric pickle liquor and calcium aluminate through the processes of oxidation, dissolution, polymerization and stabilization. The effect of stabilization agent on the species distribution, electrokinetie characteristic and molecular weight distribution of PFAC was investigated by Ferron-complexation timed spectrophotometer method, micro-electrophoretic technique and the ultrafiltration method respectively. Results indicate that with the addition of sodium phosphate, the Fe( Ⅲ ) species in PFAC vary obviously, the monomer Fe(a) content decreases, both the intermediate multinuclear complex compounds Fe(b) content and the high polymer Fe(c) content increase. Because the complexation of PO4^3- and Fe( Ⅲ ) species can prevent the creation of numerous Fe(c), PFAC added with sodium phosphate gives a good stability. With the introduction of sodium phosphate the Zeta potential of PFAC increases smally and the apparent molecular weight of PFAC increases evidently, which make the coagulation performance of PFAC increasing.
