摘  要:目的分析脑泡型包虫低场MRI表现,以提高非疫区对其的认识。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的脑泡型包虫病10例,所有病例均行MR平扫及增强扫描。结果10例脑泡型包虫病例中,单发病灶.4例,多发病灶6例。7例合并肝泡型包虫。2例合并肺泡型包虫。脑泡状棘球蚴呈不规则实性肿块,T1wI、T2WI均以低信号为主,尤其是在T2WI上的低信号是其特征性表现。结论低场MRI对检出脑泡型包虫病具有一定的价值。Objective To analyze MRI represents of the brain alveolar echinococcosis and improve the cognition of it. Methods Ten cases of brain alveolar echinococcosis confirmed by pathology were analyzed. All cases underwent MRI plain scans and contrastenhanced scans. Results The lesions were single in 4 cases and multiple in 6 cases. 7 cases were accompanied with liver alveolar echinococcosis and two with lung alveolar echinococcosis. The lesions appeared as solid irregular masses,and were hypointense mainly on both T1 WI and T2 WI,especially on T2 WI. Conclusion Low-field MRI is of certain value in detecting alveolar echinococcosis of brain.
