摘  要:目的探讨和分析高分辨率CT扫描在诊断鼻骨骨折中的误诊原因。方法采用高分辨率CT(HRCT)和HRCT结合容积再现(VR)技术分析30例鼻骨骨折患者资料。比较单纯观察HRCT和HRCT结合VR技术诊断鼻骨骨折的差异原因。结果采用HRCT在不伴移位的线性骨折8/17例误为鼻骨孔,复合性骨折中7/15处将鼻骨孔误诊骨折,将鼻骨下缘正常发育9例误为骨折。单纯HRCT和HRCT结合VR技术诊断鼻骨骨折,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈O.01)。HRCT结合VR技术可以准确诊断有无骨折、准确区分不伴移位的线性骨折和鼻骨孔。结论不结合VR技术的单纯HRCT诊断鼻骨骨折存在误诊可能。Objective To study the misdiagnostic causes in diagnosing nasal bone fracture with high resolution computed tomograph (HRCT). Methods 30 cases with nasal bone fracutre were examined with HRCT,and volume reconstruction(VR) was processed. The differences were compared in diagnosing nasal bone fracture by HRCT alone and HRCT in combination with VR. Results In diagnosis of nasal bone fractures with HRCT alone,8/17 linear fractures not accompanied with displacement of fractures were misdiagnosed as formina nasalia,7/15 formina nasalia were misdiagnosed as fractures in complex fractures and the down edges of nasal bone were misdiagnosed as fractures in 9. There was statistically difference in diagnosing nasal bone fractures between both HRCT alone and HRCT combined with VR. Conclusion It is possibility to misdiagnose nasal bone fracture with HRCT alone.
