摘  要:钒基复合材料V-Ti-Cr-Fe作为气态贮氢合金,其吸放氢容量很大,常压下其吸放氢平台很低。在此基础上用Ni替代Ti或Cr元素,进行电弧熔炼法形成多元合金,可优化出一种具有较好贮氢性能的合金作为电极材料。实验表明,用Ni代替其中的Ti或Cr对改性后的V基储氢合金的放电容量有不同程度的提高。当不含Ni时,它基本上没有放电量;Ni的摩尔分数x=0.1时,其放电容量可达到190.7mAh/g,具有良好的电化学循环稳定性;当循环次数达100次时,它的容量保持率达99%以上,并有效地提高了电催化活性,降低了合金的阻抗。The V-based V-Ti-Cr-Fe composites is used to store hydrogen. It has great capacity to absorb and put out hydrogen and low platform to absorb and put out hydrogen. The composites used as electrode material which own the optimum capacity of storing hydrogen can be obtained through replacing Ti, Cr elements with Ni and arc-melting method. The results show that, the discharge capacity of V based alloy can be improved through replacing Ti, Cr elements with Ni. It almost has no discharge capacity without adding Ni into V based alloy. When adding the mole fraction of Ni being 0.1 into V based alloy, the modified alloy has better electric chemical cyclical stability, the discharge capacity get 190.7 mAh/g. Its capacity can reach 99% when cyclical number is 100. At the same time,the activity of electrocatalysis and impedance of the modified alloy can improve and decrease, respectively.
