摘 要:对在液态下经电脉冲孕育处理的Al-4%Cu-0.8%Mg合金进行固溶、时效处理,研究电脉冲对铝铜合金固溶时效组织性能的影响。结果表明:电脉冲改善了Al-Cu-Mg合金的时效组织,减少了晶界上的低熔点相,使得弥散析出相的析出更彻底。同时运用固体与分子经验电子理论(EET)计算了Al-Cu-Mg合金时效初期过饱和固溶体相结构,从电子结构层次分析了电脉冲孕育处理对Al-Cu-Mg合金时效的影响。结果表明:当脉冲电场作用于合金熔体后,促进了Al-Cu-Mg偏聚结构单元的出现,从而提高了时效效果。The solution and aging treatment of Al-4% Cu-0.8% Mg alloy after electron pulse modification was carried out. The influences of electron pulse modification on the microstructure and performance of Al-Cu alloy were studied. The results show that the microstructure of Al-5%Cu-0.8%Mn alloy is improved by electron pulse modification, the phase of low melting point along the phase boundary is relatively decreased, and makes the dissemination thoroughly. Simultaneously had calculated the phase structure of super saturation solid solutions in the initial stage of Al-Cu-Mg alloy aging using the Empirical Electronic Theory in solid and molecules (EET), and had analyzed the influence of electron pulse modification on the Al-Cu-Mg alloy aging unit cell. The results show that after electron pulse is used in the A1-Cu-Mg alloy melting, the Al-Cu-Mg segerated microstructure units are promoted to come into being, thereby the effect of aging strengthening is enhanced.
