摘　　要：加快农资连锁企业信息化进程有利于增强本土农资企业的竞争实力,实现社会主义新农村建设和为"三农"服务的目的。受信息化观念、信息化环境和人才短缺等因素的制约,浙江农资连锁企业总体上对信息技术的投入不足,信息化程度低,对技术的应用还处于初级阶段,要改变这种状况,一是需要政府在宏观政策层面给予支持,二是农资连锁企业应积极采取措施提高信息化认识水平、优化连锁组织形式、制订统一完整的IT战略,有效推进其信息化进程。To speed up the informationization process of chain enterprises of agricultural means of production（AMP） is contributed to enhance the competitiveness of local enterprises and realize the purpose of building new socialist countryside and serving “Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers”. Owing to the constraints of information technology concepts, information-based environment and a shortage of qualified personnel, Zhejiang chain enterprises of AMP are characterized by limited input in information technology,low levels of informationization and initial-stage of application of technology. Therefore, in order to change the above situations,first,the government should give support to enterprises on macropolicy level, and second, chain enterprises of AMP should solve these problems by improving awareness of informationization, optimizing the chain of organizations, and making a complete IT strategy and so on to push forward the informationization process.
