摘　　要：师生关系是学校最基本的人际关系,是校园文化的灵魂。阐述了师生关系在校园文化建设中的重要性,分析了目前高校师生关系存在的突出问题,提出了构建校园和谐师生关系的举措。The link between teachers and students is the basic relationship in schools which is the soul of campus culture. This paper illustrates the importance of teacher-student relationship in the construction of campus culture,analyzes some current problems and puts forward countermeasures on how to construct the harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
