摘　　要：以X6132型立式万能升降台铣床为例,在不改变原有加工功能的同时,通过PLC控制的连杆机构、电机、液压缸等,带动工作台在垂直方向上自动进给,同时实现主轴的自动启动和停止,液压缸的夹紧和放松,从而提高了生产效率。Take the X6132 type vertical universal elevator table as an example, without original processing functions at the same time. The changing linkage electrical hydraulic cylinders through the the PLC control drive platform in the vertical direction automatic feed, and realize main axle automatic start and the stop, hydraulic cylinder clamp and the relaxation. The efficiency is thus improved.
