摘  要:设计了压带轮式外转子结构的永磁发电机,并设计了由基准电路、比较电路、触发电路和整流稳压电路组成的双相半波可控整流稳压电器,保证发电机在宽转速、宽负载范围内输出电压稳定的直流电,给小型农用运输车的用电设备提供直流电源。The pressure roller of the engine and the shell of the centrifugal outer rotor of the generator are designed for oneness. The permanent material and the fixing block are fixed on the shell of the outer rotor with bolts. When the rotor is rotating, magnetic field rotates with it, the armature coil cuts magnetic-curve and produces electromotive force. Two-phase half-wave controlled commutation voltage regulator which consists of the reference circuit, comparison circuit, trigger circuit and the rectifier circuit is designed, which can insure the generator output direct current with stable voltage at wide speed and wide load ranges. The generator provides DC power for the electric equipments of the mini-type agricultural vehicles.
