摘 要:研究了环保型分散染料染色载体BIP对涤纶织物染色的影响.结果表明:载体BIP在常压、100℃的条件下染60min,可使上染率达到70%左右,适合工厂沸染工艺;载体最佳用量仅为3%(owf).载体BIP对分散染料的上染率、提升性、移染性均优于冬青油;染色后织物的表观深度和颜色特征与高温高压法相当.载体BIP染色所得织物的耐水洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐汗渍牢度均在4级以上.The effect of environmental friendly carrier BIP of disperse dyes on polyester fabric dyeing was studied. The results showed that the dye pick up could reach 70% or so with BIP carrier under normal pressure, at 100℃ and 60 min condition, which fitted for plant boiling dyeing. The optimal usage of carrier was only 3% (owf), the dye pickup, building up properties and migrating properties of BIP carrier to disperse dyes was superior to sweet birch oil. The apparent color depth and color characteristics of dyed fabric were similar to those of high temperature and high pressure. The washing, rocking and perspiration fastness of carrier BIP dyed fabric were all over level 4.
