摘  要:采用邻硝基苯胺和亚硝酸钠进行重氮化反应,再经过与对羟基苯酚进行偶合反应,最终与保险粉发生还原反应合成苯并三唑类抗紫外线整理剂,并对还原反应进行了工艺优化(氢氧化钠9g/L、保险粉22g/L、酸化pH值5).将该整理剂应用于织物整理,结果表明:在优化工艺条件(整理剂30g/L、交联剂20g/L、140℃焙烘2min)下,整理剂能较大程度地降低竹纤维织物的紫外线透过率,赋予织物较耐久的抗紫外线功能,但使织物的白度下降较大,一般适用于深色织物的抗紫外整理加工.The benzotriazole ultraviolet resistant finishing agent was synthesized by diazotizing reaction ing ortho-nitroaniline and sodium nitrite as raw materials through three steps. The diazotized product was cou- pled reacted with p-hydroxyphenol and then was reduced with sodium hydrosulfite. The technology of reducing reaction was optimized: 9 g/L of NaOH, 22 g/L of sodium hydrosulfite, the acidification pH value was 5. The experimental results showed that the transmission of ultraviolet ray of baboom pulp fiber fabrics was dramatically decreased after it was finished by the ultraviolet resistant finishing agent under the optimal finishing technology (30 g/L of finishing agent, 20 g/L of crosslinking agent, cured at 140 ℃ for 2 min). The durable anti-ultraviolet property was endowed to the fabrics, however, the whiteness of the fabric decreased a little. Accordingly, the anti-ultraviolet finishing agent was applicable to deep color fabric finishing.
