挤压循环防砂工艺在冀东油田高浅南区的应用

摘　　要：针对冀东油田高浅南区地质情况,分析区块出砂原因和以往的防砂工艺,就挤压循环工艺中液体的优化、管柱的配套、工艺设计方案优化等方面进行了阐述,通过该工艺的实施,有效地控制了冀东油田高浅南区油井出砂,形成了适合高浅南区的防砂工艺技术,保证了该区的正常生产。Analyse the reasons of sand production and the sand control technique used before in Southern Gaoqian District of Jidong Oilfield,put forward some ideas in sand control technique by squeezing circulation such as optimization of squeezed fluid,string constitution and technique design etc.Practice shows that the new sand control technique works: it controls effectively the sand production in this district,and a new sand control technique applicable in this district has been formed,and so the proper production there is kept.
