摘　　要：本文通过对非理性管理理论的分析,结合高校实际,从五个方面论述了该理论在图书馆的应用,同时提出了非理性和理性管理在图书馆实际工作中并不是对立或截然分开的,应互相结合,优势互补的观点。Under the base of analyzing the non-rational management theory and combining the actual situation of university,this paper discusses how to use the non-rational management in library works from five aspects.And the view of the non-rational management and rational management is neither opposite nor separated in library works and they should unite and realize advantage complementary is advanced.
