摘 要:凝结泵的作用就是将凝汽器内的凝结水送入除氧器,保证除氧器水位稳定,使机组能连续运行。目前600MW火电机组凝结泵的设计压头偏高,节流损失较大,导致系统效率偏低。以NLT500-570×4S型凝结泵为例,在性能测试的基础上,分析了凝结泵系统存在的问题。针对所存在的问题,进行了减少调整门的节流压降、通流部分优化改进和提高检修装配工艺等节能优化改造。运行结果表明:在最佳设计流量下,凝结泵最高效率提高了5.5%。Condensation pump is employed to pump the water in condenser to deoxidizer, maintains the water height in deoxidizer and enables units operate continuously. Currently, system efficiency of 600 MW heat - engine units is comparatively low due to high design pressure head and large restriction loss. This paper takes NLTS00 -570x4S condensation pump as example, and analyzes its existing problems based on performance test. Further, aims at these problems, some modification works, such as reducing the restriction pressure loss and reforming the through - flow as well as improving the craft of inspection, were performed. The results show that the highest efficiency of the condensation pump was improved with 5.5% under the best design flux.
