摘  要:采用盆栽试验,比较了3个三年生越桔品种“美登”、“北村”和“艾朗”在干旱胁迫和正常浇水条件下的生理反应。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,越桔叶片的光合速率较对照明显降低,呼吸速率升高;叶片脯氨酸含量随逆境胁迫时间加长而升高,且升高幅度美登>艾朗>北村。干旱处理后第25d解除干旱胁迫,北村和艾朗品种光合速率升高很快,而美登品种叶片光合速率升高幅度较小。解除胁迫后第8d测定结果,3个品种干旱处理植株叶片的光合速率均高于对照。形态观察发现,3个品种耐干旱能力由强到弱依次为:北村>艾朗>美登。The results showed that net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of blueberry leaves decreased significantly and respiration(R) increased under water stress treatment. Proline content increased with the length of water stress time and the variation extent of proline is the order of Blomidon>Aron>Northcountry. Some plants were stopped water stress and then turned to normal water condition after 25 days water stress treatment. and Pn of “Northcountry” and “Aron” increased quickly and “Blomindon” increased slowly than that of water stress treatment after 8 days. Morphological observations showed that the torlerance abilities of different cultivars is in the order of Northcountry>Aron>Blomido.
